Admissions Process
Thank you for your interest in Sparta Christian Academy. Our admission office is committed to making your family’s experience as personalized and informative as possible. Application files that are completed by March each year, will receive priority consideration. Files completed after this date are reviewed on a rolling basis as space is available. For the current school year, applications are accepted for grades where space is available. Please contact the Admissions Office to learn more.
How to Apply
Our admissions process is designed to identify the abilities of our applicants and determine how they will fit into the Sparta Christian Academy community. The application process consists of several parts, all of which must be completed in order for a candidate to receive consideration.
STEP 1: Set up an appointment for a tour..
STEP 2: Complete an application for admission and submit an application fee of $50.00.
STEP 3: Schedule a testing session for the applicant.
STEP 4: Submit current academic records.
STEP 5: Submit confidential recommendation forms.
Tuition and Fees Schedule
Instructions for Scholarship Students:
Sparta Christian Academy takes part in several need-based scholarships:
- Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC)
- Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO)
- Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA) – formally known as Hope, Gardiner, and McKay scholarships.
- All can be assessed at Step-Up for Students (https://www.stepupforstudents.org/)
The goal of these programs is to assist qualified students and parents in their quest for a private Christian education. If your child is on one of the above scholarships, please provide the award number when you submit your child’s application. Please note that the above scholarships may not cover the full tuition, any remaining balance of the tuition is the responsibility of the parent.
